The vision of REDHAC is to promote the status of defenders, train them, support them, create solidarity among them and defend their rights in all circumstances in Central Africa.

REDHAC is a non-profit, apolitical, non-violent, secular association whose mission is to:

• Promote and protect human rights
• Promote the status of Human Rights Defenders in Central Africa, lead advocacy for their legal protection, their physical security, online and offline without discrimination.
• Promote civic space and protect fundamental freedoms (right to freedom of association, assembly, opinion, expression, press circulation, right of access to information and dissemination of information) by investigating cases violation of human rights, by advocating for a more open civic space before regional and international human rights mechanisms.
• Monitor democratic processes for free, fair and transparent elections in strict compliance with the African Charter on Democracy, Elections, and Governance (ACDEG).
• Silencing the guns through prevention, conflict resolution, peace and social cohesion.
