The “draft law on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights Defenders in Chad” was contextualized by all stakeholders, namely: civil society organizations, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, The National Human Rights Commission and REDHAC then filed with the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights since 2022 by the National Human Rights Commission.

REDHAC, in its capacity as the main actor in this advocacy, welcomes this outpouring of solidarity from all stakeholders, in this case state and non-state actors, for their commitment.
